Thomas joined Crestpoint in the Spring of 2022 as an Analyst on the Asset Management & Investments Team, where he is responsible for assisting in managing a 5.0 million square foot portfolio of assets while overseeing ongoing development projects within the portfolio.

Prior to joining Crestpoint, Thomas spent two years as an Underwriter in Developer Surety where he was responsible for a portfolio of established condominium developers in the GTA.

Thomas graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2020 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) degree.
