Josh joined Crestpoint in March 2021 as an Associate on the Development team and is now a Manager of Development responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities across all asset classes, including land for future development. Josh also remains involved in managing certain development / redevelopment projects.

Prior to joining Crestpoint, Josh was an Associate at Alate Partners, a Toronto-based Venture Capital firm, with responsibility for evaluating and leading investments in real estate technology companies. Josh began his career in the Investments & Finance group at Oxford Properties where he was actively involved in more than $4 billion of real estate acquisition and disposition activity across Canada and the U.S.

Josh holds his Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
