Collectively, over the span of their careers, members of the team have advised numerous Canadian pension funds, REITs, and various institutional and private investors, participating in a wide variety of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

We offer clients two principal investment options; the “Crestpoint Core Plus Real Estate Strategy” an open-ended pooled vehicle with a core plus investment strategy, and customized segregated account strategies.

Crestpoint Core Plus Real Estate Strategy

The Crestpoint Core Plus Real Estate Strategy is the firm’s primary investment vehicle, and is available to both institutional clients (pension funds, endowments, etc.) and high net worth investors.

Established in Q1 2011, this strategy follows a fundamental, core-plus active investment approach, combining “core” and “value-add” properties to create a “core plus” portfolio of high quality, Canadian commercial real estate investments diversified by property type (office, industrial, retail and multi-family), geography (major Canadian urban markets and select secondary markets) and risk profile (core and value-add).
