Samuel is a Manager, Asset Management at Crestpoint.

Before joining the firm, Samuel was a Senior Asset Manager with Fiera Real Estate where he managed properties Canada-wide across all asset classes. Previously, Samuel worked at Allied Properties REIT where he was a Manager, Asset Management responsible for the strategic management of an urban office portfolio in Toronto and Montreal and also led the company’s quarterly valuation process.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate and Housing degree from the University of Guelph and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia.
