Andrew joined Crestpoint in 2024 as Vice President, Head of Development, responsible for overseeing development of all real estate projects across Canada, from site acquisition to building completion, including entitlements, construction, and sales and marketing.

Andrew brings almost two decades of real estate industry experience. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Development at a private equity real estate firm, Vice President of Development for a local condominium developer and held progressively senior development roles at GWL Realty Advisors.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Salford, England.
