Lindsay is the co-Chief Operating Officer of Crestpoint, where she is responsible for operational excellence, compliance and financial management and client service expertise. She works closely with the asset management, development and investment teams to ensure efficiency, implementation of change management and best in class client service and reporting. Lindsay has over 20 years of progressive real estate experience in leasing, operations, asset management and brokerage. She is a passionate leader dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion, and environmental, social and governance initiatives.  

Before joining Crestpoint, she was Managing Director of the Office Practice Group for Colliers overseeing a team of 60 advisors focused on leasing and investment sales within Toronto. Prior to Colliers, Lindsay spent six years working for a publicly traded REIT where she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer responsible for execution of strategic planning for the 7 million square foot portfolio, including acquisitions and dispositions, capital spending, investor relations, property management and leasing.  

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Urban Development from Western University, is a member of the Toronto NAIOP Programs Committee and is a broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
