Colin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Crestpoint, where his main responsibilities include oversight of the asset management function and directing the Firm’s operating platform, in addition to being a member of the Investment Committee. Colin has over 35 years of experience in real estate investment and operations, and prior to joining Crestpoint as a Partner in 2012, Colin was a Managing Director with LaSalle Investment Management, overseeing the management of LaSalle’s  $1.6 billion Canadian real estate portfolio as well as the firm’s Canadian segregated account assets.

Colin has extensive experience in real estate investment management, including the identification and analysis of acquisition opportunities, asset and portfolio management, valuation, financing, and the development and disposition of properties. Colin’s previous employers include: Meritus Realty Advisors Inc. (President & Partner) and the Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group Inc. (Senior Vice President & Partner).

Colin holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University. He is a member of the Real Property Association of Canada and sits on the Board of the Connor, Clark and Lunn Foundation.
