Aubrey joined Crestpoint in 2019 where he is Vice President, Asset Management & Investments. He is responsible for a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets, albeit he focusses primarily on retail. He has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, working in both asset management and investments. 

Before joining Crestpoint, Aubrey was Director, Asset Management, Retail at Epic Investment Services where he was responsible for AIMCo’s GTA/Calgary Super-Regional Mall portfolio, which included 50% interests in Yorkdale Shopping Centre and Square One Shopping Centre. Prior to that, as Senior Director, Asset Management, Retail at Triovest Realty Advisors, he was responsible for their national retail portfolio.  Aubrey has also worked in the residential / multi-residential sector, most notably on the Investments Team at Minto Group. 

Aubrey earned his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Eric Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and his MBA (Real Estate Specialization) from the Ted Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University.
