Angelo joined Crestpoint in 2021 in the capacity of Director of Development, responsible for overseeing the Development Program for Crestpoint, from site acquisition to building completion, to placement in service including tenant lease execution. He is also responsible for the overall development process including entitlements, financing, design, and successful construction of all real estate developments throughout Canada. He is currently overseeing over five million square feet of building space either under construction or in the entitlement’s process. 

Previously, Angelo served as Vice President for two national retailers, Aritzia and Indigo Books & Music, leading their construction development programs across Canada. Angelo has over 20 years of experience in all sectors of the real estate development industry including industrial, retail, office and residential. Additionally, he has worked with large-scale organizations and successful developers like Wal-Mart Canada and Metrus Properties, and has successfully developed and built millions of square feet of retail space.

Angelo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
