Blake joined Crestpoint in October 2021 and is Executive Vice President, Head of Mortgages, responsible for leading the firm’s commercial real estate debt strategy.

Blake is a seasoned private markets real estate investment manager with over 14 years of experience in the Canadian commercial mortgage market. Before joining Crestpoint, Blake was a portfolio manager with Phillips Hager & North Investment Management and AVP, Commercial Lending at Return on Innovation Capital.

Blake has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors, Finance) from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management and is a CFA charterholder, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Chartered Business Valuator designations.
