Brianne is a Manager of Asset Management at Crestpoint where she is responsible for a portfolio of office, retail, industrial and multi-family residential properties across Canada.

Before joining the Crestpoint team in 2024, Brianne worked as Manager of both Investment and Asset Management at Hullmark, where she was responsible for an urban portfolio, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and procuring financing. Brianne began her career in real estate brokerage in 2015 at Avison Young on the Capital Markets team where she specialized in investment sales.

Brianne holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Dalhousie University.
