Colin is the Vice Chairman of Crestpoint, a role he assumed in Q4 2025. In this capacity, Colin is a member of the Investment Committee, a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, as well as a mentor to the broader Crestpoint team. Colin originally joined Crestpoint in 2012 as a Partner and EVP, Head of Asset Management, a role that ultimately transitioned into Chief Operating Officer. Colin has over 40 years of experience in real estate investment and operations, and prior to joining Crestpoint, he was a Managing Director with LaSalle Investment Management, overseeing the management of LaSalle’s $1.6 billion Canadian real estate portfolio as well as the firm’s Canadian segregated account assets.

Colin has extensive experience in real estate investment management, including the identification and analysis of acquisition opportunities, asset and portfolio management, valuation, financing, and the development and disposition of properties. Colin’s previous employers, in addition to LaSalle, include: Meritus Realty Advisors Inc. (President & Partner) and the Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group Inc. (Senior Vice President & Partner).

Colin holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
