Dan is a Director, Asset Management at Crestpoint, and is responsible for the asset management of a diversified portfolio of office, retail, industrial and development assets across Canada. His role entails creating and executing on value-enhancing strategies within his portfolio, which includes the oversight of leasing and property management activities, budgeting and capital deployment, financing and dispositions.

Dan joined the real estate industry in 2014 and prior to joining Crestpoint in 2020, he worked at Agellan Commercial REIT as an Asset Manager, focusing on investments and the asset management of a portfolio of office and industrial assets, totaling over 3.5M SF.

Dan received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
