Ian joined Crestpoint in 2024 as a Director on the Development team, where he is responsible for the strategy and execution of a portfolio of development projects across Canada.

Ian has over a decade of experience leading the acquisition, development and management of real estate and infrastructure projects across Ontario. Over his career, he has been involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of residential, industrial and retail assets and most recently was the Director and Business Lead for Republic Developments, a Toronto-based condominium and mixed-use developer.

He has previously held roles at a family office developer and asset manager, in economic consulting, affordable housing and renewable energy.

Ian holds an M.Pl in Land Use and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree, both from Queen’s University.
