Kevin is the President and Founder of Crestpoint which was formed in 2010. Prior to creating Crestpoint, Kevin was Managing Director of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at CIBC World Markets Inc. from 2000 to 2009. Over this period, Kevin was involved in over $10 billion of real estate transactions including property sales, mortgage financing, and mergers & acquisitions. Kevin worked with several REITs and pension funds providing strategic advice and raising debt and equity. He also advised CIBC on several bank-owned assets as well as their interest in real estate opportunity funds.

Kevin started his professional career at CBRE (formerly known as CB Richard Ellis Limited) in 1989 as an investment sales specialist, ascending to Vice President of the firm. Kevin was the top salesperson in the country for CBRE in 1997 and 1998.

Kevin earned his Honours Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario, and is an active board member of The Anthony Leon charitable foundation.
