Neil is a Manager, Investments at Crestpoint, where he is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and procuring debt financing. Neil joined Crestpoint in 2017 and has completed over $3 billion of industrial, retail, office, multi-family and land transactions.

Neil began his career in the investment industry in 2013 as a pension consultant, helping institutional investors evaluate investment managers and optimize risk-return expectations across their portfolios.

Neil graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
