Paul joined Crestpoint in January 2022, and is Manager, Financing. He facilitates acquisition, refinance and development financing for Crestpoint’s real estate portfolio. 

Paul began his career working for DBRS rating CMBS bond pools in Canada and the United States. After DBRS he worked in bridge/ mezzanine real estate lending for two private Canadian mortgage funds: Harbour Mortgage Corp. and more recently, Forgestone Mortgage Fund LP. His experience in real estate lending includes underwriting and origination across all asset types and major Canadian markets.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
