Ume joined Crestpoint in 2019 as a Financial Analyst on the Asset Management & Acquisitions team and currently supports the Investments team as a Manager. At Crestpoint, Ume has been actively involved in more than $1.5 billion of real estate acquisition and disposition activity across all asset classes.

Ume’s prior experience in the real estate industry includes Analyst positions at TriMont Real Estate Advisors in Atlanta, Georgia and Milestone Capital Advisors in Mumbai, India.

Ume earned her Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology; an MBA, Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business; and a Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business. She also served as the Chair for the 2021 Schulich Real Property Alumni Association’s (SRPAA) Perspective’s Lecture. Proceeds generated from this event benefited the newly created SRPAA Leadership Award for Black and Indigenous Communities. Additionally, she is part of the SRPAA Leadership Team.
