Established in Q1 2011, this strategy follows a fundamental, core-plus active investment approach. Combining “core” and “value-add” properties creates a “core plus” portfolio of high-quality, Canadian commercial real estate investments diversified by property type (office, industrial, retail and multi-family), geography (major Canadian urban markets and select secondary markets) and risk profile (core and value-add).
