Established in Q2 2024, this closed-end strategy has the flexibility to invest across Canada in a variety of asset classes and capital structures, primarily “value-add” properties, development projects, debt instruments and public equities attached to underlying real estate with the primary objective of generating capital appreciation over the Fund’s eight-year term.
Our capital appreciation investment approach
The Crestpoint Opportunistic Real Estate Strategy seeks to generate capital appreciation over a finite period, targeting risk-adjusted total returns commensurate with a portfolio of opportunistic real estate investments located in Canada.
We assess each property on its own merit and consider its impact on the broader portfolio.
We believe that an alignment of interests with our clients is essential. Accordingly, both Crestpoint management as well as CC&L Financial Group are investors in the Crestpoint Opportunistic Real Estate Strategy.
